Standard international shipping usually takes around seven to fifteen business days, while express delivery services are generally faster. These additional charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and must be covered by the customer. Since these costs are determined by local authorities, Guziva cannot predict or refund them once applied.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by inaccurate address information. If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
