You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@guziva.eu before sending the item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@guziva.eu with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for items that do not meet the above conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
